At Sinema Online Store, We accept PayPal account, credit card, and cheque.

Is it possible to pay for my purchase(s) by cheque instead of PayPal, bank transfer or credit card?
Yes for purchases above $100.00. Select cheque payment upon checking-out your items. Once we receive your order, we’ll get in contact with you to verify your mode of payment and then proceed to send you the necessary information required to make payment.
Can I pay by cash?
Yes. Select 'Self-Collect’ during checkout. Cash payment is only applicable at our retail store at 11B Mount Sophia, Old School, #B1-12, Singapore 228466. Post Purchase
How do I know if my transaction was successful?
To find out if your transaction was successful, do check the email you have provided us with during the transaction, and you’ll find a invoice issued by us to confirm your order.
Can I cancel my order?
We regret that goods sold are non-refundable. We urge our customers to be certain that they want the items before placing an order with us. However, should you wish for an exchange, do feel free to email us at retail@sinema.sg, and it will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The management reserves all rights to decide on the eligibility of exchange based on our own discretion.
Can I change the billing or shipping address?
Yes. Should you wish to do so, please drop us an email to retail@sinema.sg immediately after your purchase, and do provide us with your invoice number and/or PayPal transaction ID as well as the new address.
How can I print my invoice?
You could simply go to the email that you have provided us with during the transaction and check if the invoice has been emailed to you. If so, just simply print out the issued invoice. However, should you not receive an invoice from us within 3 to 5 working days, please feel free to email us at retail@sinema.sg to enquire.

How to identify my tracking/order number?
The tracking/order number can be found at the end of your PayPal invoice, known as the PayPal Transaction ID or the invoice number on the invoice sent to you by us via email.

I have not received my order yet?
It takes up to 3 to 5 working days to get your item mailed to you locally, or 7 to 12 working days internationally. Public holidays, saturdays, and sundays are not considered working days. If you have not received your items within the above stated time, please email us at retail@sinema.sg together with your PayPal transaction ID or your invoice number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Delivery
What is your delivery time?
Please allow a day for the order to be processed. It takes up to 3 to 5 working days to get your item mailed to you locally, or 7 to 12 working days internationally. Public holidays, saturdays, and sundays are not considered working days.
How much does my delivery cost?
Postage is calculated based on the weight of your purchases and the recipients’ country. It is reflected during your checkout.
What if I am not at home when the courier arrives?
For registered mail, the courier will leave behind a note. Call the customer service number indicated on the note to arrange for a redelivery, which is free of charge. If you did not receive any note, do feel free to drop us an email at retail@sinema.sg

Self-collection
I need the items urgently, is it possible to do a self collection?
Yes. However, if you wish to do a self collection, you would have to stop short of making your payment during the transaction or email us at retail@sinema.sg immediately after your purchase. Once we receive your order, we’ll get in contact with you to verify your mode of payment and then proceed to make the necessary arrangements for the pickup.
Otherwise, you could just drop by our store to purchase your items directly.
What do I need to bring for verification when coming to collect my item(s)?
For verification purposes, do bring along the invoice issued by us or by PayPal via email, along with your identification card and credit card.
Return and/or exchange policies?
How do I make a return of my purchase if its incorrect, faulty or damaged?
Should you receive any item that you did not order, or that it prove to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at retail@sinema.sg
I bought the wrong item, can i return or exchange it?
All purchases made are non-refundable.
However, you can request for an exchange which will be considered on a case by case basis.
All exchanges made must be accompanied by the invoice issued, within 30 days. Items to be exchanged should be in brand new condition – apparel must not have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. For DVDs and CDs, unless item is faulty, or else, exchanged item should be sealed in the original form.
Items that are damaged, or no longer in brand new condition in one way or another will not be eligible for exchange.
The management reserves all rights to decide on the eligibility of exchange based on our own discretion.
We do not refund shipping charges and handling charges.
